House Rules

NOISE CURFEW - The Marina has a noise curfew between 22.00 and 08.00. Please be considerate of our neighbours in adjacent houses, house boats and yachts.

Noise MUST be kept to a minimum between these times so no loud music or parties. If the marina security inform us of a disturbance you may incur extra charges for site visits and if the problem persists you may be asked to leave the property.

The Marina is perfect for relaxation and taking time out. Please respect the peace and quiet

BBQ’s - We do not allow BBQ’s at the property due to health and safety and fire risk. Any unauthorised activity may result in you losing your deposit or being reported to the local authority.

CHILDREN & PETS - Due to the proximity of the water, the drop from the property and the steep open treads of the staircase we no not allow small children and furry friends to stay at Tiny Box.

The space
The property is a tiny home consisting of one main room with lounge, kitchen and dining areas, a double bed in the mezzanine bedroom and small separate shower room downstairs. The mezzanine can be accessed via a small, turning, open tread staircase. The private balcony is the perfect place to watch the yachts going in and out of the Marina from.
Guest access
There is free parking in the multi-storey car park which is a 5 minute walk away. The property is in a safe and secure gated Marina complex which is accessed by a key fob.

Please be aware that there is a 5 minute walk from the car park to the property if you are carrying heavy luggage.
